Özer is a family company whose industrial journey began in 1977 and continues into its third generation. Building on experience passed from the founding generation through the second and third generations, our central focus is developing lightweight containers and composite materials that combine strength, durability and efficient use of resources.
OUR STORY
Each generation has built on the experience of the one before it, while exploring new materials and manufacturing technologies. Today, the third generation continues this family tradition with a focus on thermoplastic composites and lightweight container solutions, connecting our manufacturing heritage with the needs of the future.

1977–2007
Özer was established in 1977 with tile production in Kütahya, Türkiye. A flour production facility followed in 1992, and Özer Construction was established in Eskişehir in 2007. These activities formed the foundation of the company’s manufacturing experience.
2011–2017
The establishment of Röplast’s polypropylene panel plant in Eskişehir in 2011 marked a new direction. Thermoplastic honeycomb panels followed with Hexapan in 2013, and Hexapak foldable box production began in 2017.
2020–2023
UD tape production began in Eskişehir in 2020. FRT Tapes and UD Max Tapes joined Özer in 2022, extending the company’s continuous-fibre composite capabilities. In 2023, a fourth facility was added and Hexapan B-cap production began.
2025–TODAY
Özer Composite BV was established in Amsterdam in 2025. Today, manufacturing operations in Eskişehir are complemented by sales offices in the Netherlands and İstanbul. Our product family includes UD Max Tapes, Hexapan, Röplast, Fibropan and Hexapak.
